At The Standard Cleaning Co., we believe in clear communication, quality work, and excellent service. The following terms help ensure a smooth experience for both our team and our customers.

Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on our initial assessment of the property and anticipated scope of work.

Final pricing may vary if:

The actual condition of the property differs from what was observed during assessment
Additional labor, materials, or equipment are required
The scope of work changes or additional services are requested

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Approval of an estimate, scheduling service, or written approval by text or email constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, check, credit card, and approved electronic payment methods.

Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees and collection efforts where permitted by law.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Repeated short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of priority scheduling or cancellation fees.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Property Access & Site Preparation

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all service areas.

Please remove, secure, or notify us of fragile, valuable, or obstructing items near work areas, including furniture, decorations, vehicles, potted plants, and delicate landscaping.

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by limited access or obstructed work areas.

Window Cleaning

While we take great care during window cleaning, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues such as:

Failed or broken window seals
Scratched or damaged glass
Oxidized window frames
Brittle or damaged screens
Hard water stains, mineral deposits, or glass etching not removable through standard cleaning

Some stains or buildup may require restoration services beyond standard cleaning.

Soft Washing & Exterior Cleaning

Our soft washing and exterior cleaning methods use professional-grade cleaning solutions designed to safely remove dirt, algae, moss, and organic buildup.

We take precautions to protect surrounding vegetation and surfaces, including pre- and post-rinsing of plants and nearby areas.

However, we are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing deterioration, improper installation, loose materials, oxidation, cracks, leaks, or structural weakness.

Cleaning may reveal pre-existing defects that were not visible before service.

Roof, Gutter & Solar Panel Services

Roof access, ladder work, gutter cleaning, and solar panel cleaning involve inherent risks.

For safety, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline service if roof pitch, roofing material, weather, or site conditions create unsafe working conditions.

We are not responsible for damage related to brittle roofing materials, loose shingles or tiles, deteriorated sealants, improperly secured solar panels, or pre-existing structural defects.

Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not liable for damage caused by or related to pre-existing conditions, including aged materials, deferred maintenance, improper installation, structural weakness, or prior damage.

Cleaning may expose issues previously hidden by dirt, moss, or debris.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not satisfied with any portion of our service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we can review and address the issue.

Recurring Service

Recurring service discounts and priority scheduling apply only while recurring service remains active.

Future recurring pricing may be adjusted based on property condition, scope changes, service frequency, or operating costs.

Right to Refuse Service

The Standard Cleaning Co. reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, inaccessible, or outside the agreed scope of work.
